A Space for Understanding, Growth, and Real Connection
As a multiethnic therapist, my story lives at the intersection of cultures, identities, and life experiences. I was raised between two worlds, coming from deep adversity and a life filled with both resilience and complexity. Growing up, I experienced life across the full spectrum between poverty and privilege. These experiences deeply shaped how I came to understand people, pain, and personal growth.
In my practice, I focus on the intersectionality of adversity, culture, trauma, and identity, helping clients explore how their experiences and environments shape who they are. Whether it’s navigating relationship struggles, identifying challenges, or the weight of social and economic pressures, I believe that true healing starts with being seen, not judged.
My approach is collaborative, educational, and compassionate. I love integrating psychoeducation into sessions helping clients not just feel better, but understand themselves better. Therapy isn’t about labeling a disabled mindset; it’s about learning, noticing, and building the tools to live with greater clarity and confidence.
I connect naturally with people from all walks of life. Whether you grew up in struggle or success, feeling lost or looking to grow, I offer a grounded, culturally aware, and genuinely human space for you to explore your story.
If you’re ready to heal, learn, and grow with someone who truly understands what it means to live between worlds, I’d be honored to walk that journey with you.
